Q. Can I get a refund on a theme I've purchased?
Yes. While we do our best to make sure you never need to, if you happen to purchase the wrong theme by accident (for instance buying the HTML version when you meant to buy the WordPress version) you may request a refund by contacting Envato directly.
Q. Can I use Two2Twelve themes on a WordPress.com account?
Unfortunately no, our themes can only be installed on self-hosted sites, and are not available for use on a WordPress.com free hosted accounts.
Q. What does your support include?
We want to make sure that you get your theme up and running just the way you like it. Complimentary support is available in our secure, private support desk whenever you need it for the life of the theme. While we do offer support for minor changes, our goal is to get your site looking and functioning like the demo, for customizations outside our this, we recommend contacting our partners over at WerkPress. Q. How can I purchase a theme?
All of our premium themes are sold exclusively through ThemeForest. You can demo and check out all of our themes right here on our site or on ThemeForest and when you're ready to purchase just click the 'Buy Now' button to be taken to ThemeForest to complete your purchase and download your theme.
Q. Where do I find the latest version of my theme?
We periodically release updates to our themes that include things like minor bug fixes, feature requests and WordPress version updates. To grab your update just go to your ThemeForest dashboard page and find the downloads tab. Download the theme the same way you initially did and there you go! Q. Can I install my theme on multiple sites?
Each theme purchase is good for one installation of the theme. For more complete information licensing please visit ThemeForest's licensing page.
